Defending Elgindy while he's in jail facing trial for racketeering and securities fraud. After he was convicted of mail fraud. I posted his entire post. I didn't snip out his charity bit because I didn't want people to think I edited his post. I've raised money for 911 victims that I kept in my account til I sent a check to the main trust fund. The fund never seemed to mind. To set up a full on new trust account for a temporary charity would be a lot of work. No one forced anyone to give anything to tony's charity fund. No one ever said it was "backed by the US" or "bonafide." Did you set up a federally approved trust fund charity for 911 victims? One run by a full board of directors? I didn't think so. Please go nitpick on something else.

We learned that Sensory Intergration was commingling charity assets with the personal assets of one of its officers, engaging in self-dealing transactions where personal interests conflicted with those of the charity, and failing to refund fees for canceled seminars. The Attorney General filed a civil complaint against Sensory Intergration and other defendants, including various current and former officers and directors, seeking damages, civil penalties, restitution, an accounting, appointment of a receiver, and involuntary dissolution of the charity. The complaint also sought an injunction preventing the defendants from controlling the assets of Sensory Intergration and from conducting any business on its behalf, including charitable solicitations.
On June 22, 2007, the Attorney General obtained a preliminary injunction prohibiting, throughout the United States, the conduct of any business activities regarding Sensory Intergration and further prohibiting the exercise of control over any of the charity’s assets.

She actually released your personal information (phone #,and address) Minuse a few numbers with the promise to email them to anyone that would do something about you. Then she posted a link from her site to what looks like a map street with a star where your house is. It seems like a clear cut TOS violation .

RE: Mary Cummins SI Friend Floyd Schneider And His Comments about "FBI Investigations"
We spoke last night with an attorney about the witnesses in the case of Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb versus LA City and LAAS GM Ed Boks. The question arose about frightening off these witnesses in light of postings on the stock investor board Silicon Investor by Anthony Elgindy supporter Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker." Mr. Floyd Schneider is a stock basher who has been sued repeatedly for libel and is also a longtime friend and supporter of Mary Cummins. Anthony Elgindy is currently serving 11 years in a federal prison for racketeering and stock fraud.
Last month, Mr. Floyd Schneider posted a link on Silicon Investor to the FBI LA office with the purpose to get Mary Cummins to initiate FBI investigations against some of her victims who are also LA City witnesses mentioned here.
Last week, Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker" posted what we see as a potentially threatening comment that the "FBI is investigating" some of the innocent victims of Mary Cummins, all of whom have volunteered to be witnesses against her and for LA City.

Any and all attempts to threaten these witnesses/victims by using Mary Cummins' old trick of suggesting these people are "being investigated by the FBI" or any attempt to have these people arrested by launching bogus investigations, including bogus FBI investigations against any of the INNOCENT victims/witnesses in the case against LA City and Ed Boks will be passed along to these witnesses so that they can report these incidents to LA City Prosecutors as possible events of witness tampering.

While there is a lawsuit, there is no witness list. Please, confirm this with the City Attorney. This person has never been a witness to anything concerning me ever. I have never met her nor talked to her ever. She has never witnessed me do or say anything ever. This is just the continued harassment which I have been receiving because of the work I did for the Department of Animal Services and Ed Boks.
This person filed a false report against me claiming that I put a "rubberband around a baby FEMALE skunk's penis to torture it." She sent the below to many online groups and rescuers asking them all to file a false reports against me to cause me to lose my license so that all my animals would be killed. My attorney has advised me to send cease and desist letters to people who continue to defame, threaten and libel me. I have done this and sent a copy of the cease and desist email to my attorney and Fish & Game.
This skunk in question was taken to LA Animal Services. An LA City veterinarian and an experienced Officer both agreed that the skunk was neuro, may have rabies, should be euthanized and tested. The skunk was attacking herself, biting her feet, tail, spraying, yelling, defecating, biting it's cage, doing flips, injuring itself as the City vet and officer will verify. It was euthanized. There was no "rubber band" on this baby FEMALE skunk's "penis" as your records will show.
I also sent a video of the skunk's behavior to many veterinarians, Fish & Game warden, LA County Rabies Dept, CDC rabies Dept and licensed wildlife rehabbers. They ALL agreed that the skunk exhibited major neurological problems and could have been rabid. I was in constant contact with Fish & Game rehab coordinator Nicole Carion the moment I received this animal because it's behavior was so odd that I didn't think it would be releasable.
Again, I am asking the LAPD and the City to protect me from these people. They are cyberstalking me online and stalking me at my house which is illegal. They have threatened to kill and rape me in writing. They vandalized my home and car. They have also posted that I "post squirrel porn to children's chat rooms," I am a male, a "911 terrorist," a regular "terrorist," I'm a "convicted criminal," have a "bench warrant out for my arrest," I took the baby skunk in question to be "ass raped at a sex party where it died by bleeding to death out of its ass" among other horrible and completely untrue things. I cannot get work because of this libel all over the internet. I live in constant fear and stress because of their threats.
Chris Fowler is a volunteer for Camarillo Wildlife. Camarillo Wildlife picks up wildlife from the City shelters. Please, put this email in her file. Camarillo Wildlife is violating DFG regulations by these false reports. Not all of their volunteers are rehabbing legally as they do not have City wildlife permits or zoning variances, such as Chris Fowler. Thank you for your time. Please, help protect me from these people. They are breaking the law.

We spoke last night with an attorney about the witnesses in the case of Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb versus LA City and LAAS GM Ed Boks. The question arose about frightening off these witnesses in light of postings on the stock investor board Silicon Investor by Anthony Elgindy supporter Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker." Mr. Floyd Schneider is a stock basher who has been sued repeatedly for libel and is also a longtime friend and supporter of Mary Cummins. Anthony Elgindy is currently serving 11 years in a federal prison for racketeering and stock fraud.
Last month, Mr. Floyd Schneider posted a link on Silicon Investor to the FBI LA office with the purpose to get Mary Cummins to initiate FBI investigations against some of her victims who are also LA City witnesses mentioned here.
Last week, Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker" posted what we see as a potentially threatening comment that the "FBI is investigating" some of the innocent victims of Mary Cummins, all of whom have volunteered to be witnesses against her and for LA City.

It is interesting that so many victims have come forward to tell their story here, in a completely LEGAL WAY, and in most cases THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE who have offered to help their LA City Government by being good citizens and testifying on behalf of LA City and Ed Boks in what they feel is a WRONGFUL AND FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT. Any and all attempts to threaten these witnesses/victims by using Mary Cummins' old trick of suggesting these people are "being investigated by the FBI" or any attempt to have these people arrested by launching bogus investigations, including bogus FBI investigations against any of the INNOCENT victims/witnesses in the case against LA City and Ed Boks will be passed along to these witnesses so that they can report these incidents to LA City Prosecutors as possible events of witness tampering.

Now we already have stated that Mary Cummins says in her lawsuit against LA City and Ed Boks that she was fired in July, 2006. Upon learning that Mary Cummins planned to sue LA City and Ed Boks several brave people stepped forward to testify for the city. While there is a lawsuit, there is no witness list. Please, confirm this with the City Attorney. This person has never been a witness to anything concerning me ever. I have never met her nor talked to her ever. She has never witnessed me do or say anything ever. This is just the continued harassment which I have been receiving because of the work I did for the Department of Animal Services and Ed Boks.
This person filed a false report against me claiming that I put a "rubberband around a baby FEMALE skunk's penis to torture it." She sent the below to many online groups and rescuers asking them all to file a false reports against me to cause me to lose my license so that all my animals would be killed. My attorney has advised me to send cease and desist letters to people who continue to defame, threaten and libel me. I have done this and sent a copy of the cease and desist email to my attorney and Fish & Game.
This skunk in question was taken to LA Animal Services. An LA City veterinarian and an experienced Officer both agreed that the skunk was neuro, may have rabies, should be euthanized and tested. The skunk was attacking herself, biting her feet, tail, spraying, yelling, defecating, biting it's cage, doing flips, injuring itself as the City vet and officer will verify. It was euthanized. There was no "rubber band" on this baby FEMALE skunk's "penis" as your records will show.
I also sent a video of the skunk's behavior to many veterinarians, Fish & Game warden, LA County Rabies Dept, CDC rabies Dept and licensed wildlife rehabbers. They ALL agreed that the skunk exhibited major neurological problems and could have been rabid. I was in constant contact with Fish & Game rehab coordinator Nicole Carion the moment I received this animal because it's behavior was so odd that I didn't think it would be releasable.
Again, I am asking the LAPD and the City to protect me from these people. They are cyberstalking me online and stalking me at my house which is illegal. They have threatened to kill and rape me in writing. They vandalized my home and car. They have also posted that I "post squirrel porn to children's chat rooms," I am a male, a "911 terrorist," a regular "terrorist," I'm a "convicted criminal," have a "bench warrant out for my arrest," I took the baby skunk in question to be "ass raped at a sex party where it died by bleeding to death out of its ass" among other horrible and completely untrue things. I cannot get work because of this libel all over the internet. I live in constant fear and stress because of their threats.
Chris Fowler is a volunteer for Camarillo Wildlife. Camarillo Wildlife picks up wildlife from the City shelters. Please, put this email in her file. Camarillo Wildlife is violating DFG regulations by these false reports. Not all of their volunteers are rehabbing legally as they do not have City wildlife permits or zoning variances, such as Chris Fowler. Thank you for your time. Please, help protect me from these people. They are breaking the law.
