We rarely address this nutjob directly but in this case we feel it is warranted: Hey Mary Cummins you crackpot, post a photo of yourself now! And yes, Mary Cummins was balding, even back then. Mary Cummins showed CRAZY CRAZY EYES, even back then.

Krog (lied that Krog was disbarred), Toyota marketing's Daniel Gus (there is a photo of Cummins with Toyota security), LA CityBeat reporter Annette Stark (who for some idiotic reason Mary Cummins invented as a " 60 year old past writer " when Stark was not fired and is FAR from 60 years old), LA Daily News reporter Dana Bartholomew (harassed him in emails because he wrote about a nice wildlife rescuer instead of her loony ass) Wrestler Rick Flair, Paisano Publications, Easy Riders, wildlife rescuer Chris Fowler, BMW Beverly Hills, Mary Cummins own neighbors on N Sweetzer like Jason Simas and his tenants, Stock Investors and others. We recently learned that Mary Cummins took the alias anniebonny and has been harassing stock investors ONCE AGAIN on SI, Raging Bull and IHUB, where Mary Cummins alias anniebonny was called a "stalker" (nothing new there) and banned from posting.

Of course anniebonny is pure psycho Mary Cummins, right down to her WRONGFUL claims she has a "countersuit" for stress. She can't perform her "wifely duties" it seems, and her children have "no Mommy."

Stop laughing. This is deadly serious stuff. As we have pointed out in the past.

Now the investors might not be as FAMILIAR with Mary Cummins STUPID INSANE BEHAVIOR like we are. Because we know that Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates originally posted to her insane libelous blog laanimalfriends.eponym.com/blog that she had "bunions" no knowledge of computers and a "ten year old" son. Also, Mary Cummins PRETENDED FOR ONE YEAR THAT LA's ANIMAL FRIENDS WAS NOT HER BLOG. In the same way she's pretending she isn't anniebonny now.

But we know Mary Cummins whereever she shows up. Two months ago, we noted that Mary Cummins retired her Ann Angeleno, AnnAngeleno alias (probably having too much fun as anniebonny). Mary Cummins was outed on LA Voice as the writer of the stupid Ann Angeleno articles (she posts them herself on LA Indymedia and Bay Area Indymedia.) Mary Cummins last article as that idiot Ann Angeleno on LA Voice was stripped down when the publishers learned that there is no such person as Ann Angeleno and that Mary Cummins had (ONCE AGAIN!) committed copyright infringement by posting an entire article that did not belong to her, as well as taking one of her victims' names -- former LA Voice publisher Mack Reed.

Mary Cummins, whose hilarious-because-it's-such-a-lie Ann Angeleno profile states that she is a "freelance writer" who writes about (get this!) "civil rights," is suing the city of Los Angeles and failed to disclose that to the publishers of lavoice.org when she sent not one, but two articles, with that alias Ann Angeleno.

Then, on Labor Day Weekend, Mary Cummins saw all her posts stripped down from the Mayor Sam's Sister City Blog, because she (ONCE AGAIN) could not control herself from libeling innocent people while engaging in a frenzied defense of recently removed LAAS Commissioner Marie Atake.

How do we know?

Well, funnily enough, several months ago Mary Cummins, known to be obsessed with reporter Annette Stark and her husband drummer Richie Ramone, actually emailed the publicist for the Pasadena POPS within minutes of the POPS announcement that Richie Ramone was to be their featured soloist. And this stalker Mary Cummins pretending to be a person named "Richart Wright" gave the email address richwrite@yahoo.com In that contact, Mary Cummins requested private information about Richie Ramone and his family that real fans just don't ask or care about.

It was quickly determined by Richie Ramone's attorney, his manager, and the publicist for the POPS that Mary Cummins was indeed pretending to be "Richard Wright"---someone who otherwise does not exist---to extract personal information from the Pasadena POPS PR Department about Richie Ramone presumably so Mary Cummins could further harass Richie Ramone, fabricate phony criminal records (Richie Ramone has never been arrested or convicted of any crime, as this nutcase Mary Cummins has alleged and posted all over cyberspace.)

Furthermore, Richie Ramone's attorney and the Pasadena Pops PR department believe that Mary Cummins wanted that personal information from the Pasadena Pops so she could harass Richie Ramone's wife, contact the other symphonies that have booked Richie Ramone to perform, and (ONCE AGAIN) post Richie Ramone and his wife's home address and phone numbers online. They further believe that this harassment stems from Mary Cummins attempts to prevent Richie Ramone and Annette Stark from testifying against her in her frivolous lawsuit against LA City and Ed Boks.

And, predictably, "Richard Wright" music journalist, writer, Ramones fan does not exist....nothing shows up when you do a Google Search for "Richart Wright"+Ramones, etc. None of the other high-profile Ramones fans have ever head of this guy, and you know they would, as we Ramones fans know every Rich who ever wrote a stitch about our band.

Worse, Mary Cummins did this to further invade the celebrity's privacy and to post untrue lies about him all over cyberspace. This woman has real problems, folks!

We spoke last night with an attorney about the witnesses in the case of Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb versus LA City and LAAS GM Ed Boks. The question arose about frightening off these witnesses in light of postings on the stock investor board Silicon Investor by Anthony Elgindy supporter Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker." Mr. Floyd Schneider is a stock basher who has been sued repeatedly for libel and is also a longtime friend and supporter of Mary Cummins. Anthony Elgindy is currently serving 11 years in a federal prison for racketeering and stock fraud.

Last month, Mr. Floyd Schneider posted a link on Silicon Investor to the FBI LA office with the purpose to get Mary Cummins to initiate FBI investigations against some of her victims who are also LA City witnesses mentioned here.

Last week, Mr. Floyd Schneider, aka "The Truthseeker" posted what we see as a potentially threatening comment that the "FBI is investigating" some of the innocent victims of Mary Cummins, all of whom have volunteered to be witnesses against her and for LA City.

While there is a lawsuit, there is no witness list. Please, confirm this with the City Attorney. This person has never been a witness to anything concerning me ever. This is just the continued harassment which I have been receiving because of the work I did for the Department of Animal Services and Ed Boks.

This person filed a false report against me claiming that I put a "rubberband around a baby FEMALE skunk's penis to torture it." She sent the below to many online groups and rescuers asking them all to file a false reports against me to cause me to lose my license so that all my animals would be killed. My attorney has advised me to send cease and desist letters to people who continue to defame, threaten and libel me. I have done this and sent a copy of the cease and desist email to my attorney and Fish & Game.

This skunk in question was taken to LA Animal Services. An LA City veterinarian and an experienced Officer both agreed that the skunk was neuro, may have rabies, should be euthanized and tested. The skunk was attacking herself, biting her feet, tail, spraying, yelling, defecating, biting it's cage, doing flips, injuring itself as the City vet and officer will verify. It was euthanized. There was no "rubber band" on this baby FEMALE skunk's "penis" as your records will show.

I also sent a video of the skunk's behavior to many veterinarians, Fish & Game warden, LA County Rabies Dept, CDC rabies Dept and licensed wildlife rehabbers. They ALL agreed that the skunk exhibited major neurological problems and could have been rabid. I was in constant contact with Fish & Game rehab coordinator Nicole Carion the moment I received this animal because it's behavior was so odd that I didn't think it would be releasable.

Again, I am asking the LAPD and the City to protect me from these people. They are cyberstalking me online and stalking me at my house which is illegal. They have threatened to kill and rape me in writing. They vandalized my home and car. They have also posted that I "post squirrel porn to children's chat rooms," I am a male, a "911 terrorist," a regular "terrorist," I'm a "convicted criminal," have a "bench warrant out for my arrest," I took the baby skunk in question to be "ass raped at a sex party where it died by bleeding to death out of its ass" among other horrible and completely untrue things. I cannot get work because of this libel all over the internet. I live in constant fear and stress because of their threats.

Chris Fowler is a volunteer for Camarillo Wildlife. Camarillo Wildlife picks up wildlife from the City shelters. Please, put this email in her file. Camarillo Wildlife is violating DFG regulations by these false reports. Not all of their volunteers are rehabbing legally as they do not have City wildlife permits or zoning variances, such as Chris Fowler. Thank you for your time. Mary Cummins Animal Advocates also known as Mary Cummins-Cobb : Psycho Who Refuses To Stop

Mary Cummins harassment of LA citizens on her psycho blog http://laanimalfriends.eponym.com would endure for a year. Sometimes the posts were so nutty and cracked, and sometimes the posts crossed over to outright violence: On one post, Mary Cummins questioned whether Daniel Guss had been "beaten" by one of her friends at the time. Sounded like she was happily expecting it.

Which was what folks had feared for Daniel Guss, as the result of threatening phone calls allegedly being made to his bosses from Cummins or her associate. In one of the comments Mary Cummins (yeah, she was her comments section, too) suggested that ADLLA leader Pamelyn Ferdin needed to be "euthanized."

Of course in this nut Mary Cummins' world, everyone who criticized her and stood against her trechery was also, to nutty Mary Cummins, a "member of the ALF" about to be arrested. Mary Cummins posted to Mayor Sam's Sister City blog that her detractors were members of the ALF. "Call the FBI." None of this was true and Mayor Sam removed the posts. Mary Cummins also posted on Mayor Sam as Daniel Guss, accusing him of wanting to kill folks. Mary Cummins has posted numerous homophobic posts on Mayor Sam, but that is no surprise. This wacko hates everyone.

And Nutcase Mary Cummins has posted REPEATEDLY that her victims were criminals and that she was getting her victims arrested and investigated by law enforcement. IT NEVER HAPPENED. These were innocent people who where TELLING THE TRUTH about what a psycho nutcase Mary Cummins is. When Mary Cummins went to LAPD to get these people arrested, SHE GOT FIRED, INSTEAD. When Mary Cummins complained that she was being "threatened by animal activists" the LA City Attorneys investigated Mary Cummins and had her BANNED FROM CITY PROPERTY.

And then, Mary Cummins has lied that she's had the FBI working with her for years. Interestingly, Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates has also posted to Silicon Investor that she got pizza deliveries in the middle of the night from animal activists. If that were true, why isn't there a police report. Mary Cummins didn't file a police report. She blogged about it instead!

As the LA Chicken, Mary Cummins dressed in a chicken costume with a hatchet and fake blood around her neck, and took a protest to a Temple on Yom Kippur. Mary Cummins posted a press release on the LA City Website titled "Jewish Chicken Killing Ritual" and then posted the same press release with a phone number to the Kentucky Fried Chicken Headquarters in Louisville Kentucky.

The City Council and Mayor's office were swamped with phone calls for hours from furious Jewish community leaders, Rabbis, the Anti Defamation League...And according to a man at the temple that Mary Cummins picketed, the protesters shouted at the worshippers that they were "Palestinian children killers." He stated that they also said, "Why don't you kill your own children instead of the chickens"

But, when Mary Cummins posted her version of this story (pretending to be "a Jewish boy") according to this nutcase, the protesters were subjected to violence, the worshippers backed a car over the boy, and the protesters made a citizens arrest. IT NEVER HAPPENED. LAPD WAS THERE. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED, WHERE WAS THE POLICE REPORT. Why would they have to make a "citizen's arrest" with the LAPD present? Fact is, the harassers at the temple that day were the protestors, LED BY THE LA CHICKEN MARY CUMMINS, and not the worshippers. But that is what we mean when we say that Mary Cummins turns the tables, victimizes people, and then pretends that she is the victim. Sick stuff.

A reporter who attended wrote about the LA Chicken protest and Mary Cummins' version were miles apart...this was just a crazy sick anti-Semitic rant by INSANE MARY CUMMINS. (we will have more about this LA Chicken story in upcoming posts, including photos of nutcase Mary Cummins in her "full chicken costume," and how she outed her identity on LA Voice.)

And then, Mary Cummins spent a lot of time sending emails to City Council that some of her critics were about to be arrested. She posted on her blog animalnutz.blogspot.com that LAPD was on their way to several individuals homes. Mary Cummins tried repeatedly since 2000 to get her neighbor Jason Simas arrested. AGAIN, IT DID NOT HAPPEN. LAW ENFORCEMENT DOES NOT ARREST INNOCENT PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THE LOONY RANTINGS OF A NUTCASE.


And then there is this famous post, lampooned by bikers in rec.motorcycles.harley. Please note: IT WAS ILLEGAL! AND THE PROOF IS THAT ANTHONY ELGINDY (the subject) IS LOCKED UP IN THE FEDERAL POKEY. so I can't answer your questions. I don't believe he ever posted that information on a public thread or in his site or PRs. Also, I've spoken to FBI guys and they're shared information with me that I've even posted on the boards. I've had others tell me what FBI agents have told them. If this is illegal, why'd did they tell me this information and why didn't they tell me it was illegal for them to do so. I believed they were sharing information with me so I could help them with their cases. Same with SEC agents. They also never told me not to share the info or make it public. Today, it came to our attention that one of Mary Cummins few supporters on the stock boards, a New Jersey man named Floyd, is back defending Mary Cummins with the old LIE that the FBI is investigating the victims of Mary Cummins.

I don't know what you are referring to when you ask, "Is what the unknownposter saying is true?" Are you referring to her second version of the factory tour report. If so, then I cannot answer that, because I
have not read it. If you want to e-mail it to me, then I may be able to respond to it.

I disagree with many of Mary's posts or comments about this company, its management and its employees. I have read a number of her posts which, in
my opinion, contain inaccurate or false information. I have even
corrected her on some of her misstatements, but, in my opinion, she does not seem to
be concerned with the facts.

Mary never worked for us, nor did we mislead her to enter into a
business relationship with us, in order to gain favor with her on the Yahoo board. Mary had proposed several ideas for our website and was invited to submit a written proposal for consideration. This was under consideration, as of September 15.

We did not move forward with the contract immediately, because we had some issues that we felt needed to be resolved, not the least of which was my
concern with what I perceived as Mary taking license with the truth and the somewhat pornographic lampoon website she posted on September 24, which
was deemed by some within the Company to be too graphic. That website raised concerns about how we would be perceived by the shareholders and the industry at large, if we used Mary to redesign our website.

However, those issues were never addressed or resolved, because a week later Mary assumed that we had no intention of hiring her and accused us of misleading her to induce her to post only positive statements about Ultra on
Yahoo. Then she began her negative posts of the company, thereby putting anend to any further contract discussions.

I certainly regret the concerns that Mary's posts have caused you and others. I consider them unfair, misleading and malicious.

As to your question of which motorcycle to buy, I cannot tell you why you should buy an Ultra over a Big Dog. I think both motorcycles have the
same
level of quality and reliability. I think that, based on price, Ultra is a better value.

I like the S & S motor, which Ultra uses, better than the TPE motor that Big Dog uses. Primarily, that is because I don't have any personal experience
with TPE and cannot speak to its reliability. Our motor is 113 cubic inches, and the TPE is 107 cubic inches, I believe. I'm not sure of the horsepower or torque differences, but I would assume that, with comparable
cams, the S & S might have approximately 5 more HP and 5 more foot pounds of
torque. Would you notice the difference? Probably not. Would you have bragging rights for having a bigger motor than someone with a Big Dog?
Yes.

I don't know how TPE motors are built. However, S & S now dynamically
balances the flywheels in its motors, which will reduce the vibration, which is inherent in long stroke motors.

I like the styling of Ultra's over Big Dog. However, that is a matter of taste, like comparing Formula boats to Fountain boats. I prefer Formula,but Fountain is a quality boat, as well.

I think that Ultras are perceived as more of a "hot rod" or "steroid"
bike.

I don't know what type of bike you like, softtail, rubber-mount or
rigid. I
think the new Sledgehammer is a terrific bike. It is my favorite. Even
though it is a rigid frame, it is enjoyable to ride. I currently ride
one
of our show Sledgehammers, while another is being built for me, which
will
have some unique features not currently offered on our 2001 models.
(We
want to test the market on some new ideas for this bike.) I don't
think Big
Dog has anything to compete with the looks, style and ride of our
Sledgehammer. It will definitely attract attention, where ever you
ride.
However, its MSRP is nearly $24,000. We do produce less expensive
models.

We have also announced the upcoming release of a new soft tail model
with a
"230" rear tire. It will be a Fat Pounder soft tail.

There is no denying that Big Dog makes a nice product and offers good
customer support. I feel that Ultra offers the same, but at a more
affordable price. I think we have more to offer in your price range.

I would suggest that you contact a dealer that carries both Ultras and
Big
Dogs and speak with a salesman and service manager. Two dealers I
would
recommend are V-Twin City in Pomona and Bikers Dream in Santa Ana. We
have
other dealers around the country, who also carry both brands, if these
two
are not in your area.

PART ONE
Mary Cummins lawsuit alleges that she worked as an LAAS Volunteer beginning in 2001. It conveniently omits that Mary Cummins was fired by GM Guerdon Stuckey in November 2005. At the time, the firing of Mary Cummins baffled members of the humane community. Mary Cummins hideous history of harassment and libel had yet to come to light.

However, behind the scenes and unknown to many, Mary Cummins was seen as a nasty most unwelcome presence in the LAAS rescue community, especially among talented and experienced wildlife rescuers who complained to LAAS as well as Fish and Game about her questionable treatment of the animals. There was the wildlife legislation that they saw Mary Cummins wrongfully take credit for. There was the claim by Mary Cummins that she had rescued hundreds of animals from the LAAS shelters; rescuers say that number was “less than ten” in a year. One rescuer raised questions about Mary Cummins possession and use of euthanasia drugs. That rescuer became one of Mary Cummins victims; pages defaming this woman were posted in cyberspace.

The animal control officers had problems with Mary Cummins, too. An incident of dead cats in Mary Cummins front yard on N Sweetzer in West Hollywood went from one story to another; Mary Cummins blamed a rescuer, a coyote, an animal control officer. No one ever got the true story but one of Mary Cummins neighbors strongly believes Mary Cummins should have been questioned harder.

There was the incident with the Coyote Task Force. Mary Cummins wanted to be president of the Coyote Task Force but a very lovely and credible wildlife rescuer named Brenda Varvarigos from Camarillo Wildlife Rehabilitation was the obvious choice. Mary Cummins was told she couldn’t become the president because she didn’t live in the Valley. At which point Mary Cummins produced a phony lease from an apartment building in the Valley.

Besides the obvious that Mary Cummins was a liar, there was no question that Brenda Varvarigos was far more qualified to head the Coyote Task Force than Mary Cummins was. Crazy Mary Cummins isn't even licensed to handle coyote. Varvarigos is.

According to rescuers, Mary Cummins went to LA City Councilman Dennis Zine’s office and threw a shouting fit. Zine’s office then sent a memo stating that Brenda Varvarigos’ safety could not be assured as long as Mary Cummins was in the mix.

In or around September 2005, the DAW group became aware of a man who had 300 pigeons living in his house. This man, whose name is Red Enright, had also become known to PETA. PETA had spoken with Red Enright, decided he was a “hoarder” and called Torrance Animal Control.

Charlotte Laws, the head of the DAWS, became concerned that Torrance Animal Control would kill all Red Enright’s pigeons. Charlotte Laws contacted Mary Cummins, the wildlife rescuer, for ONE REASON AND ONE REASON ONLY—to try to LEGALLY RESCUE the birds.

Unknown to Charlotte Laws and the rest of the DAWS, but according to wildlife rescuers, when Torrance Animal Control arrived at Red Enright’s home, they were greeted by the sight of Mary Cummins in a BHLE Animal Control Officer’s Uniform. The crazy nut Mary Cummins was posing as a cop!

There were many incidents and complaints. One of the most interesting, in light of what has recently occurred with the Mary Cummins-Cobb vs. LA City and Ed Boks lawsuit, was that a memo was sent to all LAAS Animal Control officers instructing them to avoid being in a room alone with Mary Cummins for fear that she would sue for sexual harassment.

It is not known whether or not Mary Cummins was paid by LA Deputy Mayor Jim Bickhart to do a background search on future LAAS GM Ed Boks, but an email from Mary Cummins to Jim Bickhart and several rescuers stated that “Ed Boks is an angel coming to save our animal angels.” Mary Cummins included several links to Best Friends articles about Ed Boks.

Though Mary Cummins was a known nutcase around cyberspace, beginning her treachery and harassment of decent citizens in or around 1998, as well as a known nutcase to the wildlife rescue community, many others got the first glimpse of what a treacherous wacko Mary Cummins is around an abusive email from Mary Cummins to attorney and former AGM candidate Terri Macellaro in or around January 2006.

In that email shocker, which Macellaro circulated widely, Mary Cummins insists that Macellaro withdraw from the AGM position. Mary Cummins threatened that if Terri Macellaro did not withdraw, “The City will be done with you forever.”

Terri Macellaro represented City Attorneys, ex-mayor Richard Riordan, ex-mayor James Hahn, to name a few CITY OFFICIALS. The email was seen by many to be a direct threat on Terri Macellaro’s livelihood.

When asked if she was speaking for the city, Mary Cummins went ballistic. She sent angry illogical emails and posted to the DAW news group that she was being “accused of being a city employee.” In her own words, Mary Cummins declared that she was not employed by the City of Los Angeles.

She was, however, an LAAS volunteer, reinstated by LAAS GM Ed Boks in or around December 2005, which Mary Cummins is now arguing in her frivolous lawsuit against LA City and Ed Boks, qualified her as an employee with the same equal protection under the law. It could be argued, and we hope the City does argue, that the abusive threatening email from Mary Cummins to attorney and AGM candidate Terri Macellaro was one of the early examples of Mary Cummins breach of the LA City Code of Ethics XII

In or around February 2006, Terri Macellaro hosted a meet and greet for Ed Boks. At that event, Mary Cummins was introduced as the VOLUNTEER who would be working on the LAAS website. She was dressed in a baggy “jumper” wore no makeup, and spoke about how the color blue would encourage people to keep their animals instead of turning them in to the city’s shelters. Few understood the reasoning, but it would still take a month for folks to get the complete picture about what a nutcase Mary Cummins actually is.

The understanding by the LAAS union employees (who didn’t want Mary Cummins working with them, even for FREE), the humane community, and the LAAS Animal Commission was that Mary Cummins, AN UNPAID VOLUNTEER, would be building a better website.

In or around February 2006, Found Foundation President David Loftus received an email from Edward Muzika, one of Mary Cummins friends in the animal rights world. Muzika stated that Mary Cummins needed money and that she would be more motivated to work on the website if she were paid. The sum Mary Cummins was demanding was easily twice the amount the Found Foundation was willing to pay. It was decided that Mary Cummins would receive $5000 per month.

HERE YOU GO FOLKS. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH! TO A SUPPOSEDLY UNPAID VOLUNTEER.

Arguably, when Mary Cummins demanded and received that sum, she ceased to be an unpaid volunteer of the City of Los Angeles. Mary Cummins at that point, you could argue, became a paid contractor of the Found Foundation.

Did Mary Cummins continue to rescue animals from the LAAS shelter during that time? We know what she was doing. MARY CUMMINS WAS BLOGGING.

AND BLOGGING. AND THREATENING, LIBELING, HARASSING AND ABUSING ANY AND ALL CRITICS OF LA CITY AND LAAS GM ED BOKS.

Did Ed Boks “force” Mary Cummins to blog? It’s an interesting question, but there is an easy answer. Mary Cummins had a LONG HISTORY of threatening, libeling, harassing and abusing others online LONG BEFORE SHE MET ED BOKS. And Ed Boks had never engaged in such behavior before meeting Mary Cummins, nor has he done such since. Ed Boks continues to have critics in the LA humane community and THERE ARE NO BLOGS DEFAMING ANY OF THESE FOLKS. On the other hand, Mary Cummins is the person NOTORIOUS for this sick behavior. Not Ed Boks. Mary Cummins is the person known for this horrible behavior AROUND THE WORLD, including against LA publishing company Paisano Publications. NOT ED BOKS!

It was widely known by March 2006 that Mary Cummins had been sleeping with LA City Deputy Mayor, Jim Bickhart “Big Fart.”

In or around March 2006 the LA City Council and reporters at several LA City newspapers received an anonymous package documenting Mary Cummins serious history of libeling, cyberstalking, offline stalking, and harassing stock investors, rescuers, bikers, and others. In response to that, LA City Councilwoman Janice Hahn said in open city council session that Mary Cummins is "a terrorist."

Everyone in the humane community was shocked. But the true story was yet to be revealed.

In or around March 2006, the union woman and systems analyst Donelle Holly who worked on the LAAS website—maybe for around ten to fifteen dollars an hour—learned that Mary Cummins was to be in charge of her work. Did this occur in direct violation of SEIU 347 union rules?

Donelle Holly, an African American UNION MEMBER quit HER UNION JOB and filed a complaint against the city. She has since gotten employment elsewhere, but the fact remains that Mary Cummins took a union job, which she had said she was doing for FREE, got PAID and did the job FAR WORSE than the union worker had. Donelle Holly was a systems analyst; Mary Cummins resume at that point was mainly in the fields of bashing stocks and cyberstalking her critics.

And so on one strange day in or around March 2006 the citizens of Los Angeles woke up to the shocking site of a MADWOMAN blogging anonymously on an INSANELY ILLOGICAL blog called LA’s Animal Friends: http://laanimalfriends.eponym.com.

LA’s Animal Friends was pure Mary Cummins at her most recognizable—as her many previous victims came forward would attest. It was a hideous mess of lies and libel. Mary Cummins alleged that ADLLA leader Pamelyn Ferdin was “trying to harm” her, “trying to run her out of town” and that her life was in danger. Everyone who read that blog realized that Mary Cummins was obsessed, probably a nutcase, and a liar to boot.

On LA’s Animal Friends Mary Cummins accused known humane spokesperson Nathan Winograd of being involved in an extortion plot with ADLLA and Terri Macellaro. Mary Cummins called people “criminals” and “insane” with no basis for it whatsoever, other than they did not agree with her. She threatened all the city’s AGM candidates with exposure for their “dirty deeds” if they didn’t withdraw their candidacy for the position. All of these AGM candidates were decent caring individuals who deserved a chance to apply for that job. And yet, Mary Cummins the “animal lover” was threatening them with ruin if they didn’t quietly go away.

Shortly after Mary Cummins began blogging her reign of terror against the AGM candidates, rescuers, critics of LA City and Ed Boks, reporters, attorneys, Nathan Winograd et al, one rescuer she had been “friends” with named Daniel Guss went from being a supporter to a critic of Ed Boks. Mary Cummins then sent Daniel Guss an email THREATENING him in a worse way—if you can imagine it—than she had threatened Terri Macellaro and the other AGM candidates.

The emails LAAS "VOLUNTEER" Mary Cummins sent—AS MARY CUMMINS with her email address MMMARYINLA@AOL.COM--threatening Dan Guss from what he felt was his "duty" about criticizing LA City Government stated that Mary Cummins was getting him fired from his job IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR for criticizing the city. Mary Cummins threatened that Dan Guss would loose his job, his home, his car, his healthcare, for criticizing the city and that “Terri will be fired, too.” Sad and sick as it was, it was also comical in the infamous Mary Cummins illogic—Terri Macellaro is self-employed.

Mary Cummins did follow through on her threats against Dan Guss’ job, home and security. Mary Cummins called Dan Guss’ employers at Toyota, repeatedly.

And they took her seriously, too, as did Dan Guss. So seriously that a photo of Mary Cummins—who was shaping up as one sick stalker—was posted with security at the Toyota doors.

Mary Cummins, who has posted to stock investor boards that she is “too pretty to be ignored” hates being ignored. So, when Mary Cummins threats to have Daniel Guss fired didn’t pan out, Mary Cummins then went into her infamous behavior of turning the tables. Allegedly, Mary Cummins or one of her friends, called Daniel Guss’ employers and said that he was threatening her.

Mary Cummins had done this so many times it is amazing that she could think anyone would fall for it. First Mary Cummins victimizes and threatens decent people—some of Mary Cummins victims honestly fear her and believe she can become violent-- and THEN MARY CUMMINS LIES TO REPRESENT THAT HER VICTIMS ARE HER “ATTACKERS.” Mary Cummins has filed false police reports against her victims, claiming that they want to “harm” her.

In fact Mary Cummins INSANELY ILLOGICAL lawsuit actually alleges that she didn’t go out of her house because she feared “the animal activists.” Mary Cummins alleges that “the animal activists” broke her car windshield.

Here’s the comical part: When Mary Cummins went to LAPD to get these so called “attackers” arrested, Mary Cummins was fired from LAAS instead. As we believe she should have been.

Thanks ST. Got a lot going on right now, first and foremost I've grown tired of the private and false information revealed of me on public forums/defamation of character on two stock forums now by two individuals. I've decided to take legal action against both they, shortsinthesand and anniebonny.

On top of that other things going on , so will be quite busy.

Guess who told the VP of PMCL I would partake in a class action lawsuit against PMCL for fraud,,,uhmmm, me again.

Guess who got in and out of HMIT weeks after learning it was a pimped up scam, removed myself from mod and stated the president was full of it,,,,uhmmm, that would be me again.

MCCY...the jury is still out, I've called it as I see it. Recently spotting some flags which caused me to change my stance unless proof is abundantly clear. It's been a roller coaster, one in which I personally wrote a check to a friend whom sold for a loss after I relayed some concerns and I covered their loss.

And I gave strict instructions to sit on my hands if I try to fund my account with more money.
